Discrod is trash - NO REAL TECH SUPPORT

Discord has no real Tech support, to prove this look at the fact they have no account recovery system in place.

When you have spent years on the platform and have so much saved data to even a personal Discord you have spent time building and working on only to have their own system cause you and issue and them say they cant do anything is a joke.

Now, they provide nothing short of scripted response, which means the support is a overseas support desk service not attached to the company and has zero clue about the product other than they can make money from micro-transactions for services that should be standard as products similar have them standard.

Its become so trash, from drop outs, causing issues for people that use it for business. 

The 2FA has a work around, hackers do know what it is so anyone that tells you there isn't a work around is lying to you. Hackers are making bag on this failed support structure with Discord and the fact they don't respond for ages and just send the same scripted response shows they don't care and have no clue to the laws surrounding the product they released.

Discord is going to face the greatest hate campaign that will make the company so bad that not a single investor or sponsor will touch them to the point they will be forced to shutdown or fix the issue. This is the only way to get such businesses to listen, make them feel the hurt when their bottom line is impacted so hard they have no funds.

So many people are having the same issues with support, when an issue around their account arises; only to have the generic response of 'you'll have to create a new account and put in a request for deletion of the old one, which means they are just too lazy to fix the problem.

Like how can anyone in good conscious work for such a scam and trash company that can't provide basics in relation to tech support for their software.

    Discords system is compromised, there is evidence to support this based on the number of people having account issues all at once. The fact they have over 20 plus software engineers and not a braincell between them means they know about this compromise and are hopping it will go away, or they have no actual people working for them with any form of actual tech experience and are covering that up also.
    This means they have been scamming people via micro-transactions for years and not providing product support at all, there are international and local laws to protect consumers against such things.
    Discord blew up during the pandemic at its height and thought they were too big to fail, many companies have paid the price for such hubris before and Discord will be just another in a long line of companies to face such a downfall.

    You should check this out. Its been almost 2 weeks and not a human being replied to my help request even I am 3 years old Nitro subscriber. Discord support is the worst support experience i ever see before. I think we should get organized against to this shitty support service!

    I'm not using Discord until they recover my account, see to just go ahead and start over means they have succeeded in ignoring the problem.

    You are right, i also won't be a Nitro subscriber until they give my compromised account back. i won't pay any penny for a new account because i already paid for 3 years and have payment receipts to prove it is my own account.

    I thought Discord has a team specifically to cater to hacked accounts? What, now they don't even let you retrieve your account back if it's 2FA enabled that you, yourself didn't enable?

    Its quite simple, their system is compromised and they are just hopping I'll go away. However I wont, and I'm prepared to fight them to the point they as a company feel the hurt as they lose investors and sponsors
