Trust and safety not responding, PLEASE help me!
Alright, I'll get straight to the point
It's been about 3 weeks since I've been banned and I have contacted discord's trust and safety team from day 1. But they didn't respond!
And I keep making tickets but still nothing, so then I try to contact them through Twitter, Instagram, even Facebook!
And to this day, no response. But you wanna know the funny thing?
I make some alternatives Gmail accounts to contact trust and safety, and guess what!
IN LESS THEN 5 MINUTES THEY RESPOND, and surely you think that this just has to be a coincidence right? I wish I could say so but I made even more Gmail accounts to verify this, and the same thing happens, in less then 5 minutes they reply!
And know you might be thinking, why don't you redirect them to your main Gmail account?
Well I did, but once again after that, they didn't respond.
At this point I'm kind of starting to think that they're just simply ignoring me, and I am begging someone to tell me what to do, because frankly, I'm lost!
I've tried basically anything, and if I missed something, please tell me!
I need your help, give me any tips on what to do here, because I am not willing to lose this account for an unfair ban!
And PLEASE, if you know or are anyone from the discord trust and safety team, I am begging you to help me! I'll even leave you my Gmail, I'm that desperate, it's alingabipopa@gmail.com
And please, help me reach out to trust and safety because I don't even know what to do anymore..

Its the same for us volunteers that report malicious content or even cp too :/
Nothing much we can do.
I have already tried to talk to them, scream at them or send them propper feedback but nothing has changed on their end.
Their trust and safety team responses take way too long, you mostly get automated responses and the issue or malicious content you reported hasn't been taken care of, or you need multiple tickets till you finally get a hunan to respond.1 -
Discord wont help you they have no actual support system in place, its all automated they send out the same generic response to everyone and do nothing. They have no tech support either and there is hard evidence to prove this. Look at their linked In profile, over 20 software engineers and not a braincell between them. Its all a scam

They have a real staff team behind this.
I think tho by the time they take to reply that they are heavily understaffed or that something else is going on in the background that slows this process down to an unbarable speed.0 -

Because Support doesnt exist, the issue Im facing was caused by them and I'm sorry but if your only response is ' sorry cant help you' then there is a big problem.
Now I have spoken with people and apparently hackers are making bank on the fact that Discord has no account recovery system, which means there are way around the 2FA, which also means that their system is compromised and flawed; there is a problem and a huge number of people are having the same issue all at once.
I dont believe in coincidences, this is a pattern and the cracks are showing that they are desperately covering up. For a company to use micro-transactions to get people to pay for services that were once standard in the software, yes I used Discord back when it first started and I have seen the decline; which means they have a offshore support center similar to telecommunication companies that are not in the business of providing anything short of a scripted answer.
I have dealt with companies far larger than Discord and each one of them failed and bent the knee in the end, Discord will just be added to that list very soon.3 -
You should check this out. Its been almost 2 weeks and not a human being replied to my help request even I am 3 years old Nitro subscriber. Discord support is the worst support experience i ever see before. I think we should get organized against to this shitty support service!

I've been trying to contact someone at Discord about a hacked account where the hacker has used the attached card to give Nitro subs to strangers and have not received any assistance either. They've marked one of my tickets as solved without even responding to the ticket!
I will say, you can reopen the same ticket even after they mark is as solved! Just send another email/message on the ticketing site and it will mark the ticket as open again. I am hoping that by not allowing them to close out my tickets it will eventually flag a human's attention and get them to look into my issue, but they might just keep ignoring me. I've seen multiple tickets similar to this one. I don't think Discord cares about its userbase.

Discord wont help you, unfortunately Discord has been compromised and the are ignoring the issue. With over 20 plus software engineers working for Discord there is not a braincell between them. The only way to get results is to blast them non-stop and hit them on every form of social media till they notice.
You see image is everything and the investors and sponsor look at social media, if they start seeing a wave of negative feedback and zero form of handling by Discord they back off and Discord loses money, that's how you get companies like this to start providing real human support.1 -
Same thing happened to me, I was banned around 19 days ago for being in a server that my friend invited me to, contacted support 2 hours after I was banned, its been 17 days and no response.
My other account also got banned within those 17 days and I got no email from discord explaining why, emailed them, 6 hours later I get a response, it's an automated message.
Discord Support is absolute shit.

Yeah, Discord has totally ghosted me too. I only want my account destroyed, feels weird that my former account is still attached to my email, being actively used by some German nerd in a garage somewhere. (yes, the hacker is German).
It's almost been a month! We should protest and denounce their reputation with a boycott.

Hey, sorry for the necro. Leaving this here incase anyone finds it.
I have regained access to my account, it just takes discord Trust and Safety time.It's been a month and a half and my account was basically gutted and used for auctions/trading amongst a hacker circle online called NightClaimer.
Beware if your account is old or has badges. There are people who will pay for this, and there are hackers who target you for their dinner money.
