Submitted TWO new tickets (identical) both says status "Solved" Its NOT solved!

One of them is a duplicate because the first time I submitted it it said "SOLVED" so I though I made a mistake and resent and now both say "SOLVED".
Your case system is very ambiguous and the status is auto-erroneous.
Why when you submit a new case do they say "SOLVED"? Who does this?
They should say "OPEN" not solved. This creates needless confusion.

Because Discord don't care to give anything other than scripted automated responses to people, they are not in the business of helping people. Its a trash system which has been compromised and they have zero tech support. People are legit going to hackers for assistance because of how bad they are

Omg they did this with my last support ticket and marked it as solved before I even had the chance to reply.
I created a second ticket to forward my response so then they closed my second one and re-opened my original ticket to place the conversation in a singular support ticket, but then Discord marked it as solved again ???
Like, the support system was not even this bad a few months back, at least from my communications. It's gotten shockingly worse and they're just negligent in actually communicating with the users at this point.

That means that their system is compromised and they are refusing to admit it. I legit just had a ticket forced resolved just then which isnt by any chance resolved. They know that people are picking up on these issues and are starting to mass in number.
I have already gone to social media, the war against Discord has begun, they are not even safe on LinkedIn, Im going to post on every post and shame them until they do something. I have messaged everyone at Discord, even the company Director.
I don't screw around, you want real results I suggest doing the same this is how you fight a company like this, you give them no option but to start taking action and their jobs. You force their hand and make them realise days of scamming people are over and there is nowhere to hide3 -
You should check this out. Its been almost 2 weeks and not a human being replied to my help request even I am 3 years old Nitro subscriber. Discord support is the worst support experience i ever see before. I think we should get organized against to this shitty support service!

I have already started the social media fight on Discord, everyone down to the the company Director has been messaged via LinkedIn also. There social media is going to have so much negative press that sponsors and investors will not even look at them without making comment to all the negativity.
You want them to act and start doing something you make them start feeling it where it really hurts2 -
It's aggravating actually, the amount of rage I see on Twitter regarding 2FA lockout is hard to miss when you want to get through to them (if you manage). Yet, they have never once addressed that it's a problem that they're aware of or that they're currently working on compared to other technical concerns which they are readily happy to respond to with a "Thanks for flagging that! This is something we're actually working on".
They are purposely ignoring it in hopes that it goes away - it's just getting bigger and much more apparent.
Bearing the fact that 2FA lockout has been going on since like a few years now, it's aggravating.

Correct, the 2FA system is very simple as a whole and can quite frankly be compromised given the level of intellect I have seen from some people. Did you all hear about the hack on the USA Government from a Minecraft server of a pretty much kid double dared and compromised an entire spy operation in the current conflict between Ukraine and Russia.
See, Discord has never faced anyone like me. I will always fight companies like this because this is straight up a form of bullying and I personally hate bullies. Ignoring a problem doesn't make it go away, nor does it fix the problem.
A simple response of, we are looking into this issue and will get back to everyone once we have an answer is a smarter way to handle a situation, not a scripted response that says 'sorry cant help you' even though you can prove that its you who owns the Discord account with Nitro receipts, Email and Password details, the exact time and date the account was created and proof of who you are with official government ID.
They are just being lazy or negligent, worse still both. Its unacceptable to think they have no account recovery available, because I know they do. I have old emails of a back and forth with them, backed up also that shows I had a issue like this years ago and they recovered the account, the very same account which im now locked out of because their update screwed up and booted me from every logged Discord account and re-enabled a disabled 2FA. Seems like either there is a compromise at Discord, a flaw in their update or the have sent support off-shore and don't care because their scam has worked and they are making money on this trash software.1 -
The Pentagon leaks, makes you think, one can leak literal classified military documents on a Discord server but the average user can't gain their account back due to some bs security policy.

I have also heard similar stories regarding this,
I had a issue like this years ago and they recovered the account
So it's basically that they've gotten lazy and couldn't be bothered to do it anymore and now say it's part of their strict policy.
I'm guessing their only "solution" to offer is to create new accounts is because new user statistics is a very important KPI and by locking users out like this is a good way to get stats! At the cost of a security issue, this will just backfire sooner or later enough.

See now you get it, its all a scam to attract investors and sponsors, because what do both ask for 'KPIs' and if they show growth, then its something to put money behind. Blizzard Entertainment tried the same thing with World of Warcraft and got exposed which is why they no longer post any figures about sub numbers anymore.
Its a very deceptive way to do business and also illegal when proven. Companies far large than Discord are not immune to the law and no one is above it, they have been very negligent in their actions as of late and I will take the fight to them on every front until I get results.0 -
See another thing is this, if they are force resolving tickets raised that means they are actively trying to ignore the problem. They can see the trending issue and know the problem is there but are trying their best to silence it.

I'm having the same issue, they're marking my tickets as solved but not a single person responded nor is my account opened. I was falsely reported for being underage by some toxic user banned from my 700 member server and now I have to deal with this. It's halting the development of my projects and quite frankly making me incredibly frustrated.

They “Solved” mine without a comment or anything, and I had to open another. Probably will do the same thing to that one too.

It's been 10 days since they banned my account and now they are just marking my tickets as “solved” I literally don't know what to do

I called, sent letters, replied to their twitter and facebook posts, direct messaged, email their board, and much more. All ignored.
