"I no longer have access to my email account"

I was logged into my Account, was active, doing some stuff, well then my Internet just restarted Automatically, as it does for some Internet Providers out there, so far so good, then I was trying to log in to my Account because for some reason I was logged out (I don't know how) then I got the message "New login Location detected, please check your E-Mail" well yeah, I was confused. I verified my Phone number to my Discord Account and even activated 2FA to secure my Account, and well it seems like my Phone number is deleted from the Account and even the 2FA is deactivated
So recently I made a Ticket about recovering my Discord-Account and told them everything they needed to know every detail (E-Mail associated with my Discord Account, Discord Name + hashtag, Discord ID, Phone Number, contact details to contact me on my other E-Mail, just everything) and what exactly happened, then they answered me, "If you do not have access to the email associated with the account, we have no way to verify your ownership of the account."
Okay, so why do I even open a ticket then with the Problem, that I can no longer access my E-Mail if they can't help me, do you expect me to answer you from a deleted E-Mail, please explain to me how that should work, because some E-Mail Providers can't recover an E-Mail Account with is deleted.
Well as it seems, I just lost my Discord account which I created back in 2019, and now it's gone, and the Support can't help me to recover it because I need access to my E-Mail-Account to verify Ownership, okay, so why do I even verify my Phone number on my Account why can't I just use my Phone number to Verify Ownership.
Well, it's nice to know that the Support Team, can't help you if you provide all Information to verify Ownership, even contact details, all they respond with is "If you do not have access to the email associated with the account, we have no way to verify your ownership of the account."
For the future, it would be very good to have alternative ways to verify yourself as the owner of your Discord account, because then you have chances to get back your Account even if you can't access your E-Mail which has been deleted, some E-Mail Providers just stop their Services, and then you just lose your Account because the Discord Support can't verify your ownership. Think about it.
Well, thank you anyway it was a great experience to lose my Discord Account which I had for years now I just lose everything had on my Account, I would be very happy to see alternative ways to verify Ownership in the future.

Exactly, same issue I'm facing..... I'm like what's the point of dropping a phone number, there should be alternative verification method.

See I had an issue where Im locked out of my account because a forced update booted me from all logged on apps and my backup authenticator. Worse still it reactivated my disabled 2FA.
I put in the ticket as one would, because in the past I have had Discord respond, ask me for some verification and recover the account. This time however zero support, I got a 'we can't recover your account' excuse; never once asking for any form of proof of who I am or anything.
I have years of Nitro receipts, I have the original email sent to me when I created the account and the name changes over the years including the access to the original email account and the updated information. Including all former phone numbers attached. Yet never once was info asked of me, just a 4 week later response script saying we can't recover the account, yes responded 4 weeks later and said they don't recover accounts even though I have proof they do.
Discord is just bad and has no longer got any support staff, their 20 plus software engineers have not a braincell between them.
I have been blasting them all over social media, here is the interesting thing, the amount of hackers out there trying to make a profit on this issue with Discord is insane. The 2FA is weak as hell and every hacker knows this which is why they are exploiting the issue. I know how myself, however that would break the ToS if I did and would be grounds to be perma-banned from the software/app.
I tried being nice and it got me nowhere. Now I'm hounding the Director of the company daily and trashing their company image on all social media. Tbh, I'm almost at the point of siding with the hackers out there and taking the fight to Discord and showing them just how pissed off they make people with the excuses and poor support service they provide. They are happy to take your money, just don't ask them for help though that seems a bit much for them.

Upvoted, got issue with no access to email too.. discord need more method beside just going to the email, we have no access to that email and they want us to confirm is by accessing the email that we have no access to.. what

This is exactly what's happening to me, I know Discord won't seem to care obviously. But they should totally fix this and add an alternative verification such as showing (Authy, SMS, Past-verification codes, etc.
I'm losing messages, videos, images, my 2018 account altogether just because they only care for the email address that's been disabled.5 -

I was logged out of my account on accident, aand now I dont have access to it with my phone number or email. Is there any way I could get it back still?
