Потерял доступ к 2FA

Good evening! Lost access to 2fa, it happened like this:

I reinstalled Windows and forgot that I had 2fa in discord and the app with 2fa codes was on the BlueStack emulator.

Can you remove the 2fa account, my account was linked to a phone number, it ends with 433. Can you send the code to remove 2fa? Also, this account was registered mail gmail.com, "astamurlalaria@gmail.com"
