Toggle Softblock of Underaged Users

What this is: A toggle button that prevents underage users from sending friend requests, DMs, and joining DM groups of adult(s) who have the function enabled. 

How is this workable: Every user's date of birth is supplied as part of the registration process for Discord. I imagine the code can be written so when the function is enabled on the adult's account, their discord will automatically "soft block" users who supplied a Date of Birth currently less than 18 years of age. Once a minor graduates into adulthood, the function will no longer target them. 

• To clarify: This wouldn't prevent interactions in public servers nor would it block either party from seeing each other's messages in said servers (hence the phrase "soft block,"). This would only block DMs, joining DM groups, and FRs from minors to adults with this enabled.
• For DM groups: This would not allow DM groups to form if at least one user has this function enabled, and if at least one user is underaged. It shouldn't specify who is who for the sake of privacy. If a DM group is already formed with one underaged minor, and an adult enables the function, the adult will be prompted to leave the DM group. 

Why is this important: I'll break it down into a few points... 

• Safety for adults- Many adult users wish only to interact with fellow adults. This is especially true for those who use the platform with an NSFW focus. There may be no intention for interactions with minors- but with adults being unable to view the supplied DOB/age of every user they interact with, there lies a significant risk. This is a risk that can be better mitigated with the ability to simply prevent minor users from interacting with adults who have this function enabled. 
• Safety for minors- The feature will prevent minors from having the ability to privately interact with adults who have this enabled. The function will continue to target the minor until they graduate into adulthood. An additional suggestion would be to make a parental control in which parents can prevent adults from DMing or adding their child until they graduate into adulthood.
