Discord Support has been ignoring me 20 days already.
Hello, discord support ignores me 20 days already, last response I got is "I'll be escalating this ticket" . After that, full ignore. asked to friend to open a ticket about discord account and support messaged him instantly, he was getting answers every 3-5 minutes and then support wrote the same thing: "I'll be escalating this ticket".
What is happening to you guys, at least update us that you are trying to do something.

The last response i got was 10 days a go it was an automated message and only once did a human write that was 12 days a go. Yea i would also like to know if it's being worked on or they just forgot. I tried opening a new ticket but they get closed within 20 minutes.

My account is hacked into, is this really what I have to look forward to? I’ve done all the things necessary to prove it is my account. I have the 10 recovery codes. I made a ticket from the email that the account is attached to. I have screenshots of a conversation where my account was messaging the account I just made and he said he was not giving my account back. It’s clear cut his ip is bouncing off india and mine has stayed within the same area…
