Option to disable soundboard sounds on Android/iOS

Need a global toggle to disable incoming soundboard sounds on mobile.

  There's a setting under Voice to adjust the volume level of soundboard sounds, which you could set to 0, but I imagine that will apply to both mobile and desktop

  That doesn't exist on mobile, thanks anyways..
