5 types of name by levels
1) Sobriquet-soubriquet/alias/byname name -  Username given by another user to you.
You will not see him, suddenly it says that you are an asshole🤣
2) Introduced name - Your nickname for another person. Yourself username that you set for another user.
3) Server name - Name given to you on the server.
In the settings, you can make sure that this name is always displayed on servers for convenience (Instead of 1/2 level names).
Rules of Discord apply to him in full if the server is public and the rules of the server.
You can change your "Server Name" as many times as you like if allowed by the server rules.

4) Public Name - The name everyone sees.

You can change your "Public Name" as many times as you like.

5) Nickname - Name by which you can be added as friend and found.
Rules of Discord apply to him in full because it is public information.
It can be changed every 12-24 hours, or with Nitro without restrictions.
Keep the old naming system but make the rules similar to the new ones for it so that you can write normally.

`@Nickname` - Only for Nitro users, Companies, and Community Owners with over 200 users
`@111666321426667777` - User ID, you can allow searches for you by User ID. But make warning about this.
Rules for Nickname:
1: No spaces (Instead of them, underscores "_"/"-")
2: Numbers allowed
3: Nickname written in one language
Good: `@Безумный_Пророк`(Russian), `@Mad_Prorok`(English)
Not Good: `@Mad_Пророк`(English + Russian), `@Безумный_Prorok`(Russian+English)
4: Special and Emote Icon characters are forbidden.
Exception: "&", "_", "-" and others. It's the same rule that they can't go in a row.
5: Allow capital letters but they will be considered small but they are displayed as done by the user.
Example, his nickname is an abbreviation or there is a deeper meaning, looks cooler or he decided to write the text without "-"/"_".
