I would just like to talk to others on the phone to hear them through headphones, but because the microphone in them is of poor quality, I would like to use the microphone built into the phone, this function is on the computer but I don't know if it is on ios because I don't have a phone with this system

  YES! I agree. This is a BASIC functionality that should have been added a long time ago, and it is frankly appalling that Discord still doesn't have it on mobile.
