Can i verify my bot if i'm 13 ?

Hello, I was wondering if i could verify my bot if i'm 13 years old, my bot has join 100 but it can't join more. I think discord should remove that limit. I love coding things and bots but I guess it's a little silly to not let someone who's under 18 to share his work.
