paying for something I'm not getting

Why am i paying a monthly fee for a chat service where I can't even block someone? The "hide" "feature" you have is a joke. Block means block. Block means blocking someone from seeing you, not barely covering their posts with an annoying and obtrusive banner. BS. Implement an actual block.
