Ghost chat

In 1 on 1 chats - only two people. The ability to start (and reject/validate) a "ghost chat".

One person sends the request, and the other - before any of them can even write - needs to reject or validate the ghost chat. Ghost chat will be on until both parties have agreed to stop the ghost chat. Voicecalls possible. Once it ends, every message and media posted in the ghost chat disappears. If one or the other party downloads a media sent in ghostchat, its noted in chat.

For moderation purposes, chat is of course saved in the backend.
