Being able to have a certain role or person ping a specific role or set of roles.

Feature: Server Owners can allow certain roles, to ping specifically certain roles without having to give permission to mention all roles. 

Example: I have helpers on my server, and I want them to be able to ping the Announcements role, but not be able to ping the @ everyone role. 

So far this isn't possible, and I think it would be great for Discord to incorporate!
