Hi, yesterday, my account was hacked. It was a token steal, because i had 2fa enabled, and nobody conected to any of my emails or other accounts + had strong password.
The idea is, i sent an email to support, they asked about my name and #, and email. I gave them those things, but the username and # can e changed, because I had nitro. Then, they said that they're "unable to start the investigation since we are still unable to pinpoint the root of how your account was compromised."
What does that means? I have transaction id and invoice id, and sent to them. Can they recover my account?
It was my fault, i probably downloaded an software that infested my pc, but I ran 4 different antiviruses and nothing appeared. Also, I checked who connected to my gmails in last 28 days, and noboy was connected...
I used my phone to verify the account, but most likely they removed it...
I only received 2 emails, that says my password then my email was changed..
Also, i still have the bot i used on the account token, and the bot is still working, they didn't delete it. Can this help them to recover my account?
