Spotify as Status on Mobile

I have tried a lot of things. Do I have to long onto a computer and hook it up or do I have to log out of everything and then long back in? I’m lost at this point.

  check spotify settings, something called "Stream music to apps" should do this

  Idk, I have an option in my android spotify "Stream Activity" in payer settings section, that's it
