  Rocktalon appears to be referencing Discord's recent decision to ban NSFW content from IOS platform, ostensibly in response to Apple changing their app rating from 12+ to 17+.  A lot of people are concerned about how this decision basically cuts off a large number of users from accessing LGBTQ and other marginalized-group communities that frequently get flagged by NSFW filters.  The change came without warning or recourse, and a lot of paying customers are upset about Discord's unilateral decision to reduce the level of service they expected on purchasing Nitro.
