Privacy Settings For Bots

[You generally should not trust third party bots and give them the ability to read your chats, this feature would allow bots to be in a Channel but not being able to read messages except slash commands. This would improve privacy and keep features of bots.
Bots like music Bots don't have to be able to red everything.]

Removing the "View Channel" Permission does the job, but it is not obvious at all. Add something like "slash commands will still work" to the description.
