Remove 2Fa once in while

Many people i have lost account because of 2fa including me so either give backup code by email when someone enable 2fa because i don't think anyone really delete any mail so codes will be secured and for the people who have lost account remove 2fa google authenticator once in year when we can login and save codes or remove manually and also google authenticator have no support team/email for users so it would be great if we got code by email/removal of 2fa once in while for short amount of time

    Or simply be responsible and not lose the backup codes?

    I think a fingerprint ID 2FA backup authentication method would be more secure

    yeh fingerprint id is best since authenticator staff says how they would know that we are the owner of account evern when we are owner
