My Account was disabled out of the blue. If any Discord employees see this, I need a hero.

My main account was disabled while I was using it without any warning, I believe it was disabled by your bot/spam filters reading my account as a false positive. the moment before it happened my arm slipped onto my keyboard and I think I might have put in too many inputs in a small time span. To reiterate I received no prior warnings nor do I believe I was involved in any illicit activities by definition of TOS or law. I checked my email associated with Discord and never received a reason for disable meant, but when I sent a ticket it it said I violated TOS and Community guide lines.

Can I get any assistance with this issue?

Please can I speak to a representative or a support specialist? My account was disabled without any warning or specific reason given and all I've in getting assistance was just automated responses. If someone were to review my case I believe this issue could be resolved. If I truly did violate the rules, I will accept the punishment.
