Notification whitelist for friends DMs

So here's my suggestion: I believe that we need an option to whitelist someone when on "Do Not Disturb" so that we can receive notifications when they send us direct messages.
It happens pretty often that I would like to receive notifications from one specific friend when they're DMing me while being on busy mode.

    Hello Attando !

    This is a great idea, especially for people who prefer only to receive notifications from their friends without wasting time in the settings.
