Please rework the 2FA system.

Recently locked out of my account due to my devices needing a reset. Now I'm locked out of my main discord account. Attempted to log in with the QR code scanner but it said it can't find the device. Not only are my backup codes gone, every page I see on the matter just says "lol bye account" instead of attempting to do anything meaningful. What I'm writing on is an alt that I had to make purely for the purposes of this. Not only this but since I'm now locked out of an account I had Discord Nitro on, it will now charge me every month for perks I can't even use anymore. Please change your system. Allow us to log back in with one time passwords/codes or have support ACTUALLY BE ABLE TO ISSUE CODES. Don't just tie them to a QR scanner that doesn't even seem to work half the time. I know I'm not the only one with this problem. 2FA is a good security system but it NEEDS to have workarounds when we've invested so much time and effort into the servers we talk in and the friends we make on those accounts. Either that, or remove the system entirely so we can get our lost accounts back.

    People need to be more responsible. I have had 2FA for a year now and I never got locked out.

    You can ask support to delete the account and it might stop charging you nitro.

    Discord accepts deletion requests for the account from your email but won't unlock the account.

    I lost my accoutn aswell and the support couldnt help me, they basicly said create a new account.
    My own fault lost my 2fa codes because my phone died lol.

    Your account is rip sadly, but its good 2fa shouldnt be allowed to be get bypassed.
    Who ever enabling 2fa takes the risk save your codes to places where you cant lose it, sad but your own fault like it was for me.
