    If the message were true it would be sent by any Discord BOT with "System" tag nest to the username, or maybe would be a post in other platforms prooving that they are who send the message, not one of your friends.

    Yes, the message you sent is troll, discord will not send you anything in the messages, other than by a verified account, with the name "System" and it will not be a normal account but a "bot" that does not have as you reply, if you see this type of message again it just blocks the contact.
    If you have any news, discord will send you a message in your email!
