    Select 

    • “Discord Account Credentials” under “Type of question?”
    • “Forgot password” under “Discord Account Credentials”

    As for subject I would use something like “I forgot my password, and can't reset it”, and write a description of the issue.

    Something along the line of:

    “Hello! I have lost access to my account, I tried to recover the password, but it doesn't seem to work. This is my account <account name here>."  If you have access to the email you used to register you can continue with “I still have access to the email used at registration” and if you have the same phone number you can also add “I also have access too the phone number first used with the account.”

    Also include a block like

    • E-mail: <your email used for the account>
    • Date of birth: <your date of birth in the format mm/dd/yyyy>
    • Phone number: <phone number incl. country code associated with the account>
    • Old account name <name and digits> e.g. DiscordUser#0194

    The more info you can give that they already have on your account will help them verify that you are who you say you are. But they might need to confirm it in other ways as well. Note this is NOT a 100% sure way to verify, it is up to the agent to decide if you are credible in being who you claim you are.

    If you have bought Nitro you can go to your inbox, look for a receipt or two and include the Invoice IDs and the four last digit on your credit card or bank card. DO NOT include the entire number on your card, that is not safe, they can verify with the last four digits and a few invoice IDs that the IDs, card details and username match.

    If you do not have access to any of these, it will be a lot tricker to get your account back. If you were hacked you also need to state that.

    And if you have still access to the email associated with your account, you can just click forgot password and change it.

    Tried reseting it but brings me to the Multi-Factor Authentication and I need it either disabled or figured out.
