Possibility to change the e-mail address after losing access to it

Based on my situation in which my Google account was closed and access to Gmail was blocked by this, I propose to create a Discord account recovery process without access to the email address.  It could look like this: the user contacts discord support, presenting, for example, bank/PayPal account statements for nitro subscription, phone number verification, account verification based on logins from given IP addresses on the support side.

    Subject > I don't have access to my email account anymore

    Describe your problem, and make sure to add “If you need some other information, please tell me what information so I can provide it”. If they close your ticket and mark it as solved without any response, respond with “If you need some other information, please tell me what information so I can provide it” again. Any response will re-open your ticket, but there is a certain employee that keep closing tickets without feedback if they deem you missed anything in your ticket.

    Sightburner I tried many times to beg support for help in this topic, even by presenting all the evidence that the account belongs to me, but each time I received an answer that without access to the previous email address I am not able to change it to a new one and I have to create a new account.

    Bruh what kind of nonsense is that? You missed something but I only work support, so I'm not going to do the most basic possible thing to reach a mutually beneficial solution for everybody? Does support not mean to provide assistance; has discord changed the definition without informing any english dictionary on the planet? They really need to drop this BS and fire that guy if true. Absurd.
