Age verification

Discord offering age verification with ID checks for 18+. This can give users a verified badge and will prevent any under 18's from accessing NSFW channels/guilds as without the verified badge they will physically be unable to access anything marked NSFW.

    Hey MistressAnnieDex!

    I like this feature request alot, but due to issues regarding age verification for banned account (falsely banned for underage) i think this feature will not be added untill Discord fixes their Support and Age Verification system.
