Deletion upon innactivity

So today I got an @mail that my account is going to be deleted for “innactivity” which is very bizarre since I'm not afk on discord. I use it to chat with some people. I even thought it's some kind of scam to bait my log in parameters.  Anyway, I read that it's real, so I enterned on my account via the link. Still I'm worried. How can I be sure it won't get deleted? What if it is still thinking I'm being innactive? Please, help me to find out.

  Its a bug alot of people are getting that and most of the time the deletion date is over a year ago

  Thats mostly either fake or some bug
