    Hoje minha conta do discord foi desabilitada e eu havia comprado o nitro hoje também, a única coisa que fiz foi mandar fotos no servidor do meu amigo numa aba de mandar fotos (icons) por que ele tinha me pedido. Eu mandei uma solicitaçã para recupera e  gostaria de estar resolvendo essa situação o mais rápido possível pois eu comprei o nitro hoje e eu tenho essa conta a muito tempo. Eu amo o discord do fundo do meu coração e gostaria que liberassem minha conta para eu conversar com meus amigo.

    Discord's help does not exist, it is better to earn on the harm of others than to help them, the only option is probably to pose them for court

    My account was just disabled stating I am under age. I am not.  No matter what I send to prove my age, they keep saying I’m missing information. Just out of nowhere, disabled! And these dang robots are not doing anything to fix it!

    SimplyJayz man I’ve sent like 5-6 tickets and they all have been open for 6-7 days, what do I do now?? I didn’t know not to open more tickets :/

    SimplyJayz Did u actually get ur account back? What do u mean that i can wait up to a month? They wont delete the account past 2 weeks? I also got the same problem.. as everyone else

    I have the same problem. My account was deactivated on 29/08/2023.
    I gave them all the necessary information, photos of my ID along with a photo of my credit card. Since then zero response, I also did not get any information related to why my account was stopped. I hope that they will deal with it quickly, because on this account I had a lot of files and links related to studies and current work. And they disabled my account during a recruitment interview with a client. 


    In addition, I had a pair of tickets added, but they don't want to answer any of them for me. I only got information from the bot.

    Zero level customer service.
    Really is it so hard to write back, especially since they did not give me any reason why my account was put on hold.

    My account was deactivated for no reason too. Had it for five years, with no problems before, definitely no violations of the ToS.

     

    Trying to appeal, but all the responses seem to be by robots?

    Yes, they are sent by robots. They there have no contact with the customer on the chat.

    Therefore, the best way is to legally report it to the court. They otherwise have an outpouring on people like us. As long as the money agrees. 

    If you are in the European Union then on 25.08 a law went into effect ordering you to tell the portals what you were reported/blocked for. You can also appeal this in court as I wrote above.

    Да это пиздец. Я был админом на  одном сервере помогал настраивать ботов, этот сервер забанили вместе с владельцем, а так как я был там админом то и я отлетел за “поощрение” нарушений тоса (но это не точно, я сам толком причину не знаю)

    Буду разбираться до последнего

    xo just wait, dont send any other tickets, and when one gets “solved”  especially dont, there reviewing the ticket, make sure you dont send more than 1-3 tickets. your account will get deleted after 30 days, you have time dont stess. and yes i got my account back. also make sure u have your picture of yourself holding a photo id (passport, id) and you holding your discord username in 1 photo. be patient, i get how nerve racking it is you just have to wait.

    Just open one ticket at the time. And just wait for reaction of Clyde and then type your story and hopefully you get help!

    SimplyJayz right when I got disabled I received an email that I obv did get disabled, and it told me to go to the request website and open up a ticket, sadly I opened like 3 tickets that day and followed up with 3 more after, all being “opened now”, I’ve sent all the required pictures in all the tickets I’ve created tho.

    How long has it been since they unlocked your account? I sent a couple of requests, most of them closed without giving any reason. I sent them pictures with my face and ID, a card with my name from which the money for discord nitro was charged and nothing. 

    Two applications are supposedly "open" but they don't even look at them. They don't even write me back on Twitter anymore. They have pretty much poured themselves into it. And I just wanted to get the account back, because I used it for work and there are a lot of my documents and photos I kept there.

    Discord deleted my account after 30-32 days.

    The only time “they” responded, they said “You violated Terms of Service OR community guidelines”. They don't even know why they disabled me and don't care. I stated in my tickets I was not using Discord when this happened and never received an email on why I was disabled. 

    They clearly just had a trigger happy employee and do not care about long time loyal members and/or paying member of their community.

    I have exactly the same situation. 
    At my place they replied with the same comment without any explanation, reason nothing. They deactivated my account while talking to an employee. To this day my tickets remain open

    Reese took about 2 ish weeks. make sure your patient. if their marking your tickets as solved and theres only 1 or 2 tickets that remain open, they are ignoring you because your trying to bump. Your open tickets are being reviewed. my account was re established after about a little over 2 weeks.

    I work, communicate with people mainly through this platform - because it is much easier than other applications. I have been using it for the 5th year. And it turns out that they are pouring over my applications? Two ads open, the rest closed. I didn't get any message on my email related to why my account was suddenly put on hold - and this while I was talking to a potential client from my job!

    Really, at a time like this, the best thing to do would be to take the paperwork to court or move to another application.

    Nevertheless, thank you very much for your message. 

    At most, I will wait for a response from their side (if they deign to write me back at all)

    I was randomly disabled out of my account while talking to my friends, 0 Reason. 0 Context. Nothing said at all. I refuse to lose an account with half a decade of friendships and other things just because the staff doesn't even know what they disabled me for.

    I wait for 1 Month now to get my account back which was disabled . I really need that account for my daily work as im working as a Community Manager → Im also paying costumer as i pay my nitro 10€+ every month…

    And still now answer since 1 Month now

    Guys, SimplyJazs was right, just open one or two tickets, they eventually will review ur ticket, today i got my account back! It took almost 1 week and half.

    Буквально пару часов назад смог восстановить свой аккаунт, не знаю просто повезло мне или я как то правильно его заполнил но Sherwin, если ты это читаешь, спасибо тебе!
    Первый тикет я подал прямо в день бана, но практически никак его не заполнил, только отправил фото и указал номер телефона. 
    Второй тикет я подал сегодня, увидев что на моём первом тикете была активность но он судя по всему был проигнорирован, решил отправить новый и в этот раз я его более официально заполнил, указал на то что в моей стране разница между оформлением дат, указал на то что на бумаге из-за новых пользовательских имён нельзя написать четыре цифры, в общем конкретно запарился над этим и видимо привлёк внимание. 
    Переводить это не буду но во втором тикете я не указал номер телефона, учитывая современную обстановку я побоялся некоторой русофобии со стороны администрации и пресловутой ихборьбы, никогда нельзя быть слишком осторожным.

    Just a couple of hours ago I was able to restore my account, I don't know if I was just lucky or I somehow filled it out correctly, but Sherwin, if you're reading this, thank you! 
    I submitted the first ticket right on the day of the ban, but I didn't fill it out in any way, I just sent a photo and indicated the phone number. 
    I submitted the second ticket today, seeing that there was activity on my first ticket, but apparently it was ignored, I decided to send a new one and this time I filled it out more officially, pointed out that my country has a different design of dates, pointed out that it is impossible to write the user name of the old format on paper due to the new name format, in general, I specifically worked on the ticket and apparently attracted attention.

    I didn't think much about the choice of words, all I tried to do was to designate the main points of the appeal for the moderator, keeping everything more or less in an official style, short and to the point.
    The text of my appeal(I hope people who are worried about filling their appeals can take something for themselves and somehow change it for themselves and eventually get their accounts back):
    ‘’Hello! My account under the username [my username] was blocked on 08/28/2023 for the fact that I "indicated that I am under the age of thirteen or the age of digital consent established in my country", this is not true, I am much older than the specified age.
    In the attached file, I took a selfie photo with: a document confirming my identity with a photo and date of birth (located almost in the center of the document)
    as well as a sheet of paper on which my username is written (4 digits following my username cannot be written due to the fact that a new system of usernames has been introduced in Discord)
    Additionally, it should be noted that in my country, the date is first a day and then a month, so the date indicated in the appeal may differ from that indicated in the passport.
    I ask you to review the blocking that I was given. Thank you in advance!''

    And a few hours later my account was online again, but the letter telling me about it came in relation to the first ticket and not the second. I don't know what it could mean, it probably just works that way.
    Most likely it was necessary to write more correctly, but English is not my native language, plus part of the text had to be translated by a Google translator to check it for errors.

    Jojoismylife728 Thanks for responding. Just a quick question though, did you use the username that you had before the implemented the new name system or the name you are using currently?
