My account was banned for no reason 40+ days ago and is now deleted

It has been more than 40 days since my account that I have had since 2017 and with Nitro was banned for no reason and now it appears as "Deleted User", I did not receive emails about anything, I have sent a lot of tickets and only "Clyde" answers me, before They told me that they were not going to give me the account and now that it does not exist with the appeal email.

According to what Buffy Official said, support is busy, but how much longer do we have to wait? In that account I have friends, chats, servers and projects which are important to me and which I may never get back...

I hope that some staff is reading this and understands that as much as I and many other people to whom the same thing happened, we are fond of our account for everything we have done and gone through in our career on Discord.
