    I am having the same issue, from what I am reading apparently discord is useless when it comes to support.

    Same. Been waiting for a response for 18 days now since my account got hacked. It's absolutely unacceptable long wait for something an unauthorised person could get his hands on various information. I've even made a separate ticket just asking if I had added a credit card or not when paying for Nitro and they said I haven't made a ticket with the email address tied to the account. No shit as the hacker has changed my email address to his own, and used mine to open a different account. Yay
