Discord keeps closing my tickets without doing anything

My Discord account was randomly disabled for no reason, I have followed the necessary steps and submit a ticket to Discord It showed that the ticket was opened and then five minutes later it showed that it was solved but my issue is I never heard from Discord They never responded to me and the issue was never solved, so I submitted another ticket only for the same thing to happen to that as well.
