Time to close

So I made a ticket like almost 30 days ago about account compromised and I make a general support one for a question I wanted to ask… IT TOOK THEM 20 MINUTE to close the ticket without a response. This is BS. still no response on the one I was hacked on but they did somthing because it cchange  the last active time Once they closed the support one.
