Update: no response or clarification EVEN AFTER reply ticket

I sent ANOTHER ticket (#39441675) as a reply to a previous one that had been marked as solved without any changes or response, only to find out today that it was once again marked as solved without any changes, comments, or anything?!?! 

Once again, I have complied with what I was told to do IN THE EMAIL, but my ticket is being ignored again?

  Shortly after posting this, I was sent an email saying that my account was reenabled. Keep trying folks, they do look at forums.

  No they autoblock all your tickets if your banned they won’t respond too you anymore. The social media tell you too just make new accounts(ban evade.) kinda funny non of support staff respond or view this feedback.

  If you need a quick response, this might not be the best option for current community stats. I recommend creating a new account and engaging with your audience through social media to keep them updated on your feeds.
