Problems I'm having because of someone

So, some days ago on my server an moderator got banned and after this day that moderator kept trying to raid my server, I already put bots to protect the server but a lot of that person friend keep entering trying to raid the server and this is getting out of control

I also discovered that the moderator has a server where they create this bots and raid other servers, some people said that the moderator raided their servers

What can I do to stop this? I already reported the user but nothing happened 

Also I have proves of what is happening, I'm gonna send them if I got an answer
