Discord doesn't reply to age update

My account was taken down for no reason. I provided them with the photo but whenever I reply to the ticket, it automatically gets marked as ‘solved’ instead of ‘open’. Does it mean they just close the ticket straight away? They should answer as quick as possible before my account gets deleted.
