After 23 days...
My ticket (which I opened 23 days ago, right after my account got disabled) just got marked as “solved”… such a nice ending, if it wasn't for the fact that you guys just use Nelly to reply to my tickets, say “I broke a rule” when I literally didn't?
Been supporting you guys for well over 3 years, and this is what a user is worth to you?
Did you even care to check out what the account did exactly before breaking the news to the user?

yea same legit worst support team on earth. this whole support page here is a scamm, support team doesnt exist at all

I have the same thing. I opened multiple tickets, initially two were reported right away after I couldn't access my account. They wrote,that she violated some rules, even though they did not give me any literal reason at all (because you are supposed to guess what you did such sick logic)
Sending them any information, apologizing for something you didn't do won't do anything anyway. Because they don't have a physical support and security team. All they do is bots, which have been the worst for the last few years. You'll get a quicker response from the President than from their support team
