Hello guys, I want to share my issue here with the discord support team. I am sorry if this will be a long article but please help me with your support with this. I want to find a solution but I am not getting a proper help.
15 Days ago, I have created a ticket regarding a bug I have encountered with discord. I have been buying nitro for many years, I got my first on 2018 and it was for a month, and then I started boosting from 2019 till today (it expired). I had a nitro bug where, if I switch discord from phone to pc, it disappears, and I have to go as if “I'm going to buy a new one” And then I get it back and it shows me my expiring day (which was today). I have been encountering this issue for like 2 weeks before I create the ticket (15 days ago). Basically what I assume is that, whenever i switch it resets and it removed my boost from the discord server I was boosting. I basically had the diamond badge, and it was gone (even though I was still a nitro booster). My friend noticed my diamond badge was gone and msg'ed me about it, I have instantly made a ticket to the support to have it sorted since i was sill a booster and didn't understand the issue at the time.
After making the ticket, I have received an answer from the support team and they have been stalling and telling me that they will check the issue for 3 days I have been getting a reply from the team basically, and I have been explaining the issue to them and sending pictures ect.. A week passed, they didn't send any feedback or anything to me so I have sent a conversation on the report for a feedback, they have ignored and didn't reply, after that until today (15 days since the ticket) I have been asking for a feedback but was completely ignored. I then created a totally new ticket hoping for a feedback from the team. This ticket that I have created was me asking for a help on the other ticket, I have linked the older ticket's ID and basically asked for help. They didn't reply, and marked it as solved (Without replying on neither tickets). I have then created a “Re”-Ticket following this one that i have created, and asked if they are going to help ect.. basically asking for a feedback regarding my issue. A day later they also marked it as solved without replying on any of the tickets…. Its just sad to see this kind of support after spending hunder's of dollars buying nitro's since 2019 until today to get the badge and keeping it up, and supporting dicsord, but then getting this kind of treatment from the suppor team.
I am hoping for a help on this feedback to have my issue solved.

Provide Detailed Information:
In your follow-up messages, include as much relevant information as possible, such as:
Screenshots or videos demonstrating the issue
Your Discord user ID and account details
The specific dates and times when the issue occurred
Any steps you've already taken to try to resolve the problemGet more details in geometry dash lite.
