Account of 7 years disabled and still no response from support
As the title suggests, my 7 years old Discord account was disabled on Christmas, funnily enough 2 days after my anniversary, with no reasoning behind it as there was no email. I had sent them a ticket instantly as soon as I found out I got logged out and the account says disabled. Less than a day later, the ominous "You violated TOS, say bye bye to account" and it's been radio silent from then which is now 10 days, half the time before my account is bye bye. This sucks as 7 years meant that I had lost a lot of history that I had built up with my friends and communities. Of course there are also a friend of mine who sadly is no longer with us and the only thing keeping my memories with them was my DMs I had before. It is also kinda ironic how I started to use Nitro not even 4 months ago and they decided that they stole enough and killed my account.
With that said, is there anything else I can do other than wait and pray? I did ask the team on Twitter to forward my ticket to Trust and Safety which got no response.
If my account does get deleted, what will happen to the several "private" servers I own with a bunch of my friends in it? we had it for about 4-5 years so a lot of memories and history is built there. And is it possible to transfer ownership to another friend or if I can even invite more friends down the line?
Also will I get a refund on my Discord Nitro that I couldn't use?

Been 13 days for me, today is the last day before my account gets wiped. No response from support still. Will probably lose my 8 years account. Wishing you the best

smolbat3 These are the most horrible times for it since they literally all leave for holidays with no one at work
DonutMaster It can take up to 30 days I believe, but it seems to be inconsistent

Hoangnamanh171 I got an email telling me I have 14 days until my account is removed. You would think if they would be too slow to fix the issue they wouldn't set such strict restrictions on time. I did everything I was supposed to do on the first day and still no response

DonutMaster I didn't get such emails but from my research the removal process takes longer when your account retains more data. Hopefully, it isn't 14 days for you

Goodluck. Due to the holidays. They don't give a damn and just let it automatically delete accounts anyway while the whole staff is on break and won't answer tickets. I'm currently in the same situation with a false underage-report.

unlockthepicture yeah, it’s so dumb how they dont extend the deletion timeframe for when the entire team is on holidays. Anyone who’s account got disabled during the holiday is basically a death sentence for the account
