Discord support blames me!

I had unused Discord backup codes.
When I tried to enter the codes I was told that the codes were incorrect.

2FA - gone.
SMS - not connected.

I've been trying for 7 days now to get a clear answer from support as to why they can't reset my 2FA in my case (although they do this when hacked).
Support constantly writes that they cannot reset 2FA (NOT TRUE).

I have 100% never changed Discord backup codes.
And I had unused codes (they were signed).

The codes could only be lost due to a discord error or hacking.
