20 Days - Have to create a new Ticket. Agent Gunter
The title says it all, my ticket was assigned to Agent Gunter who just decide to not read through my ticket whatsoever and decide to mark resolved every few hours after I reopen it. This is honestly a joke of support and I feel like they aren't even putting an effort into helping the community that made them what they are today.

I don't know he's laid off, but to be honest. Discord been like this a lot. They been violating the FTC law since they scammed everyone off with nitro until their accounts falsely suspended.

Shinyeeveelutioncosplayer I decided to support them after 6 years on platform by buying Nitro in August then not even 4 months later on 25th December my account got disabled. They really just want to milk my money then leave. My account is also 7 years old which has so much history and content like friends and servers, all gone within an instant because of AI

@Mikey I understand and you know there are laws that they're violated cause discord been doing against their customers and not securing their data to back up everything.

Saw on reddit a while back. If you request for your data when account is disabled, they say like under Article blah blah It violates the safety of others, we will not send you your data. I was baffled like how does giving me my own data violate safety of others. That just doesn't make any sense

Same thing happened to me. I never even got an initial email telling me I was banned. Did you?

Jakanader I did not get an email. After my research it seems no email means we got AI banned

Had the exact same issue, for months I haven't received any help or assistance from anybody, nobody has informed me what happened to my account. I was chatting with a friend one second, and the next second I was signed out on all of my devices, I got one email saying my phone number was changed then when I tried to sign back in, it said my account was disabled. Now when I try to contact support, my tickets are all marked as solved without a single response from the clyde bot or a discord support member. I had my account for a little over 5+ years, spent over $200-$300 on the platform and I get ignored

Kyle Kertesz You are better off just making a new account, they won't care whether you subbed to Nitro or not. I also had Nitro and they didn't even have priority which is just bullshit.

Yeah I did, I just keep re-opening the ticket with high-hopes I can someday get my account back because I seriously don't even know why it got disabled. I never did anything inappropriate on the platform

Kyle Kertesz Did you get an email as to why? if not then you got AI banned. Which is basically GG to the account since it detects you for illegal material even if it isn't and they will probably not review your case. Seen a lot of people with this issue.

Nope, no email. Just a sign-out. An email saying my phone number was removed, and then it said disabled upon trying to sign-in again
Their new AI enforcement is causing a lot of issues regarding accounts, I don't know what illegal material I could've been putting on the platform to get disabled, I was chatting about minecraft mods at the time, and even then, it was in a one-on-one conversation with a friend in a DM, isn't that a breach of privacy even if I was doing something illegal? It should be, but you see, every message you send on Discord is saved into their database. So they have access to all your private chats/DMs and servers etc. This is how the AI is able to detect and ban people.

But, why not just stick to a reporting system? Instead of let the current flaws and quirks of AI decide if your account is permanently gone or not, for little to no reason at all. For all I know, the last picture I sent (being a minecraft train I was working on with a friend) could've mistakenly been flagged as “no-no” content for discord

Fun fact, this is worst, you can abuse the heck out of the report system because it's mostly not analysed by a real person but AI. so basically you would still be banned if someone reported you falsely

Yeah it is, they really aim into the AI moderation as their moderation tools instead of actually looking into matters. This means we're only going to lose more than gain anything

I highly suggest Revolt.chat. It's fairly new and is in development but it has a lot of similarity to Discord. You could also try Guilded which has a lot of Discord Nitro features for free.

Gunter is a bot. Same happened to me. Make a new ticket because it will not respond. Likely you won't get any human ever though. I'm calling for a boycott of nitro until they step up their game and use the funds from it as they should.

yeah, I found out. Every new ticket sent is assigned to gunter immediately so I already know I am not gettitng it back.
