Ability to Secure/Lock Channels

I have been a community manager in a few decently sized servers for a few years now, and I've always had this concern in the back of my mind that the Manage Channels permission is too powerful. Consider this: In most communities, the general channel will house the majority of messages, 3 clicks is all it needs to delete almost the entire history of the server with no way of reversing it. You can easily accidentally do that leaving your phone screen on in your pocket.

So, as a developer, I have a feature proposal that should not be difficult to implement (as it already exists in another form) but should resolve this major problem and bring peace of mind to many community managers and server owners like myself.

Basic ability to secure channels:
The server owner should have the ability to configure certain channels to be “secured”, which at the most basic level should require 2fa from administrative users or the owner to delete. This is already present in the form of server deletion, porting it over to channels too would be extremely helpful in combatting raids & permission social engineering.

A more advanced system:
Depending on the design of implementation, there could be multiple levels of security upon a channel. For example, rather than a toggle for securing the channel, potentially have a drop down to select from the following:

• “Unprotected” which will act the way current channels do (default)

• “Secured” which will require admins to enter a 2fa code in order to delete

• “Locked” which will require the owner to enter a 2fa code in order to delete

• “Immune” which will require the owner to enter a 2fa code in order to make any changes

These are of course examples of what could be thought over again when developed. Having these restrictions will majorly decrease the risk of an entire server's history being erased or tampered in situations such as bad permission design, nukers, bots being compromised, administrators forgetting to turn off their phone screen, etc. At least, it would mitigate the majority of damage that can be caused.
