Keep Voice Channel Status Up Even When No Users Are In the VC

I would like an option to keep the voice channel's Status up even when no users are in the VC. Maybe only give this ability to administrators, or maybe add a Permission where you can choose between keeping VC statuses up indefinitely or having them automatically clear the second everyone leaves. The reason why I would like this feature is because I like to put the prefixes for the music bots in that section, as there's no ability to pin anything in the music voice channel's text chat, so this is the only place I can put it for now, but it keeps disappearing the moment the VC is empty.
