Discord disables my account of almost 7 years due to me ALLEGEDLY being under the minimum age required to use Discord in my country, then for allegedly being compromised.

So almost a month ago, my Discord account which I made in May 2017 was disabled, due to spamming. Obviously I made an appeal ticket to counter this action. When I got my response, which took only a few days, I was told I ‘indicated that I was under the minimum age requirement to use Discord in my country’. 

After a bit of back and fourth with me apparently not showing all the information they needed, I finally sent a picture which seems to have been fine. I was now told that they could not locate an account associated with the email I was writing from, baring in mind that the email I was writing from was in FACT linked with the account and has been for the past 6 years. 

My account was then disabled again for allegedly being compromised and it is now banned until 06/01/2025. Honesty BS. I'm not sure how they came to that conclusion, as there is no way the account could have been compromised because it has two factor authencation and a strong password which no one except me knows. No one has access to the authentication either. I provided them proof that it was, showing them when I promt to reset the password, it is in fact for said account. 

I still await a response and honestly I am quite worried as I do not want to lose this account as I have very important stuff. I have opened multiple tickets after and I still have not got any response. What's even more shocking is that they've all been marked as solved. Discord support really needs to get a grip and I wouldn't be surprised if it isn't real people handling the tickets. The people who handled my ticket go by the names ‘Starfish’ and ‘Wizard’.
