Hello, I am writing to inform you about a problem that has occurred with my Discord account. 02/13/2024 at 22:18 local time, I noticed that my account was disabled. The reason for this was not specified. As you can imagine, this caused me a lot of inconvenience. My main account is used for work and communication with partners. It contains a significant amount of confidential commercial information, including files and correspondence with customers. After logging into the app that day, I found out that my account had been blocked. I immediately started looking for more information on this issue as I needed to discuss urgent matters with my clients. However, the reason for the suspension was not specified. Based on my experience and the experience of my colleagues, I suspect that my account could have been hacked using a token, manipulated by competitors or people who for some reason do not like me, after which someone who logged in and hacked my account could intentionally violate your rules without my knowledge. I can't know exactly why my account was disabled. If I have at least some way to contact you to find out the detailed reason for the suspension, I would be very happy to do so. Because, as I mentioned earlier, this account is very important to me and the people I work with. It contains a lot of information, without which my work will stop indefinitely. Therefore, I would like to at least be able to log in to download information that is very important to me. If the information is deleted, then I may have problems with my company, including fines and possible layoffs. Your assistance is urgently required while the data remains intact. Can I get an amnesty and be unblocked? Because I haven't received any warnings before and have always followed the rules of the Discord community. If you got 3 violation emails back to back. Then you got banned for posting CSAM. They won't respond to those tickets.

Even if it wasn't that. Just look at other posts for far lesser issues. They won't respond.
