is there any hope for an account falsely disabled for being "under 13"?
my account was disabled 4 days ago for joking about being 11 years old. this is impossible because i have had the account for 6 years and i would have had to be 5 years old when i made the account. there's pretty much no way to get in contact with a human being, and discord hasn't responded, let alone looked at my appeal since i made it 4 days ago. i'm praying that they'll finally do something when it hits the 7 day mark, but i doubt it and that upsets me because i have friends and servers on that account that i will lose forever if it is deleted. i had no idea that moderation was this strict because it surely isn't on other chatting applications and social media, and i regret ever making a simple joke had i known it would escalate into something like this.

never really made jokes about being underaged, frequently say i'm 20 in chat tooswear it's auto-moderation that bans people for so called “underaged”

Yes just wait a week don't spam tickets as they will put you at the end of the clue or just solve it with a bot. They responded to me after a week so.

my appeal is 5 days old and they checked it around 20 mins ago, i'm hoping that means a response is coming soon since my appeal is still open but i'll update again soon

they looked at my appeal (made 6 days ago now) again 1 hour ago, but have not taken any action. the fact they looked at it twice within the past 24hrs makes me hope they're considering giving my account back, but we'll see if they actually do anything.

staff finally replied, but only to say “dob is not visible, please provide a clear image of the information we requested” when my DOB is very clearly visible on my ID. it feels like they are being purposefully incompetent to avoid actually doing their jobs.

don't spam tickets, apparently they will take longer to get to your reply if you have more than 1 open. just wait and see how they respond to your 2 tickets. it took me 5-6 days for them to look at my ticket and respond to it. most people say it will take them a week.

nickyy i have 5 tickets leaving 2 tickets open, this should work take them a week and last activity about 6-8 hours ago, and also 3 tickets are solved about 6, 7, 10 days ago

if the activity was recent i think it means they should respond soon! wait at least one more day

just leave your tickets as they are and don't make any more until they say something to you. they do take a while to reply.

if you get your account back you're fine. i still haven't gotten mine back though. if they don't reply after a week MAYBE send in another ticket, but i wouldn't recommend that since it may take longer for them to help you.

They responded to me on Twitter : Hi there. Unfortunately, our social team doesn't have any information regarding Discord accounts being disabled/banned. That is handled exclusively by our Trust & Safety team for security purposes. I apologize for the delay in response with your ticket. 2nd time I did the same mistake
3rd time I took one picture and they didn't unban me lol

i sent them in a very clear picture of my id, but they claimed twice that it was not clear and that i need to upload a better picture, then marked my case as solved. this situation has stressed me out beyond belief to the point i am starting to have health problems such as my hair falling out. i have no idea why they would do this to an innocent person.
