The Discord Support only seen me.

The discord support staff only seen me, skipped and continued to next one. This happened 1 hours and 1 min after i published my ticket. Ofc it is for inappropriate account ban caused from their stupid AI system bot. Ban for 2 years literary just like that. Totally for no reason, i didn't violate their T&C (rules) and their system has bigger fault, because in “Discord Warning System" is written clearly:  Users who break the rules will receive a system direct message (DM) from Discord letting them know they received a violation. Users will receive a DM each time they break our rules.

Prefer to go back in Skype :V . Much more safety environment and much better support crew.

If you're wondering how I knew they just looked at my tickets and passed me by, it's very easy. After I posted it I didn't do anything with it. I was updating the page with the list of tickets that I have released. At that moment, 1 hour had passed since it was published, I refreshed the page and saw how in the column "last activity" it says "before 1 minute". There is nothing marked (changed) in the tickets, but apparently, they somehow marked it as checked. After that bad experience ill looking for some better app.
