Account disabled, but I already appealed??
I've owned my discord account for about 5-6 years and have been a owner of nitro for 2 years but I had it disabled once for being underaged. However, I appealed with discord and got my account back, though the process took a few days. Recently I've had the account disabled for the SAME reason which is ridiculous and when I tried appealing with discord this time with proper credentials, their bot kept asking me the same questions even though I followed all of their requirements and further yet their bots have completely ghosted me/ignoring my replies. This ordeal has taken around 3 weeks now and I’m still waiting for a response. I don’t know what to do right now since I really don’t want to lose that account, it has a lot of my sensitive information and I also have a year subscription of nitro on that account.

I know right it's the same tthing for me I just hate that they choose to deactivate when they cannot even resolve the issue faster.. I too have a lot of sensitive info stored and can't offord losing it.. I have 4months of nitro in it too

Im trying to appeal to get my account back after being flagged for being underaged. But Nelly keeps marking it as solved, should i ask for a member of the discord staff to view it in the ‘add to conversation’ area?

my friends spam reported one of my messages as a joke and i got disabled for botting ive had discord for 4-5 year with alot of info on it 2 of my appeals were solved but nothing happened no undisablement no reply nothing wish they had a better service team
