A month passed withput any activity on my tickets...

My account was wrongly and disgustingly banned with no legitimate reason, and I opened two tickets about it (firstly I thought that my account was stolen, after it i recognized that my account was simply banned with false reason), but I haven't received any response whatsoever! It's entirely clear that the AI/bot made a mistake because immediately after posting a photo taken by a riverside, I received 2 emails stating that I violated Discord's guidelines. (The photos contain no problematic details; it shows a river in the evening, with the lights of a city in the background.) I appealed against the decision using the provided links in the notifications e-mails, but the AI immediately rejected my appeals. Since then, the links are not even accessible, and I can't appeal against the “new” decision. I opened 2 tickets to the support, and I also reached out on X platform (formerly Twitter), but I haven't received any response there either. IT'S BEEN OVEN A MONTH(!), and still, no one is responding. This is outrageous and disgusting! How long does one have to wait until someone responds to the tickets?
