Fake user report eventually forced me to be locked out of Discord

I got victimized by an impersonator and got locked out of my account on Thursday March 14. I got a reply from the REAL Clint Smith that that was an impersonator chatting as me to resolve my supposed user issues.  I lost my email and password and cannot return to the site.  

My account is johnramos85 and email is jmramos0109@gmail.com. I am the first one to openly speak on this scam that has, when I learned on Twitter, victimized many.

Update: turned out to be an attempted hack. Email and password was changed but username and profile pic were not.

    I'm thinking it's one of those newest kind of scams because I fell for that mousetrap a few months ago in late January and am still waiting on support to follow up on my active ticket.

    This has been literally quadruple depressing.

    UPDATE - May 13th

    Finally got my account restored.

    Thanks to Trust & Support for having the issue resolved despite the long wait.

    I am damn happy to finally have it back. Thanks to everyone. 

    PS: Do not trust so-called “restoration accounts” that offer to hack your hacked account in order to have it restored to you. Trust the Discord team.
