Does Discord even see follow-up messages? Or anything tangible that can help a user?
I was hacked nearly 2 months ago. I've followed up consistently, roughly once a week through replying to the email thread that's sent out when you submit a ticket.
My hacked account hacked a mutual not long after I was hacked. Guess what? He got his account back in 2 days. He did NOTHING different. For me? It's crickets.
I don't think I can even close the damn ticket and make a new one. Even if I did, it's basically restarting the whole process over again. All I want is closure, even if it means the account is gone (and there's a way to get it back, I know there is, but Discord support is slower than a freaking snail moving at 10% of its max speed).
If you're reading this and followed up while waiting for a response, does it actually work? Do you do it by email or on this website through your ticket? (Also is it normal to wait MORE than 2 months to hear back? I know the time varies greatly but I've never heard it be longer than 8-10 weeks).

Your account had most definitely been deleted at this point. When an account is disabled the Mac it lasts before being permanently deleted is 30 days iirc.
So unfortunately, the worst case scenario is true my friend. The account is gone.
I'm about to be the same soon. Discord support is the worst support in the entire world. No Humans. Only automated messages that never help or guide you.
They don't care. They never will.

The account still exists though. It's still in some servers I rejoined and I have a DM with it (and it doesn't say "Deleted Account when I check messages)

You pretty much put yourself in the back of the line every time you reply to a ticket. Took me 2 months to get mine back. 7 weeks of that was radio silence.

This is weird - I was just checking my respective ticket that I filed two months ago regarding my account that was hacked since late January; it now shows that the last activity on the ticket was two days ago, but no actual follow-up message on the ticket? What's going on, Discord support/Trust and Safety staff?
This is still literally disappointing to me that the pest who still has my account is continuing to run rampant spamming countless DMs to mousetrap other accounts as we speak. And it's quadruple unacceptable.
(EDIT: The ticket itself is still open, by the way.)0 -
Last activity ticks mean nothing. I saw a that once but nothing happened. If you're at the 2 month mark ( without spamming replies ) you're pretty due to have your account back.

My ticket is also still open. It wouldn't surprise me at all if the ticket just got skipped over and Discord support just forgot about it, lol.

I firmly believe Discord has a bot that just rolls over tickets to make it seeem like they've been updated. When my account was disabled (and eventually deleted thanks to no help at all from Discord, still don't know why), I saw tickets I had made previously, years ago, for reporting some bad seeds on discord, had been updated a MONTH ago. Why exactly would Discord need to go that far back and modify tickets.
I think a bot's been running the show the whole time and everything else is a trick to make it seem like they care.
P.S. I also doubt they even look at this forum. I have never once seen anyone official on here before and quite recently there's even been bot spam posts that are STILL in the forum. They simply don't care.

So, you did got your accounts back? May I know how the discord send you their response?

They just sent an update on my ticket and told me they found weird activity on my account and gave it back.

Lmao Discord got back to me saying “they can't help me” and "solved" the ticket. They said Beyond our original support regarding this issue, we're unable to provide additional information or support via this channel. The “original support” was literally a bot saying they escalated the ticket. No human actually responded.
I know that's complete BS - they've helped many people with the issue I need help with. Literally posted another ticket out of spite.
